We are so excited this year to be able to put our Silent Auction online with the help of Sierra Auction, Arizona's largest public auction house! Sierra Auction is owned by Sandpiper's very own 2nd grade family, Mark and Kelly Feuerer.

What will be different?
-Bidding will be done online from your phone (or computer) this year
-You must register online to be able to bid in the auction
-Bidding will begin prior to the Carnival on Monday, February 28th at 8:00am and will end on Saturday, March 5th at 5:00pm

How to Register for the Auction:

Directions with how to register will be available soon.

If you already have a Proxibid account, great! Log on now. If you don’t, please click on “Sign Up.”

Follow the instructions from there to create a Proxibid account.

The auction will open for bidding at 8:00am Monday, February 28th.

Share the link with friends and family!

The registration process typically requires a credit card (like eBay), but don’t worry, your card will not be charged, as there is no fee to participate in this event.

If you have any questions about registration, please contact Mark Feuerer,
mark.feuerer@sierraauction.com or Kelly Feuerer, kelly@firestokerconsulting.com. Texting the question will likely get you a faster response – 480-339-9799 for Mark or 480-272-0207 for Kelly.

There may be items added while the auction is in progress, so check back often to see if any new items pique your interest!

You should receive an email notification if you have been outbid on any items. It’s always a good idea to place a maximum bid on any items so that you aren’t always going back and forth when bidding against another interested party. There are no additional fees such as buyer’s premiums or taxes, so what you bid is what you pay!

The auction will end at 5:00pm on Saturday, March 5th. It’s a staggered ending which means the first 3 items will end the soonest, followed a minute later by the next 3 items, unless there is additional bidding within the last couple of minutes before it closes. If you are unfamiliar with online auctions, bidding continues until no bids come in during the last minute before it closes. There is a countdown time clock to the right of the listing that will help you keep track of when the item will close and what the highest bid is.

If you are notified that you are a winner of one or more of the items, they will be made available that evening at the event, where you can pay for it and pick it up. If you are unable to attend, please contact Brenna Davis at PTOSandpiper@gmail.com
to arrange payment and pick up the following week.

Above all else, have fun!

Volunteers Needed!

Purchase Wristbands & Tickets

On Saturday, March 5th from 1-5pm, bring the whole family to enjoy the inflatables, water slides, rock wall, dunk tank, carnival games, face painting, food and fun!

In order to have a successful Carnival, we need Parent Volunteers! Most volunteer shifts are only two hours long, with the exception of any wonderful (and strong!) parents who can help for three hours before or after the Carnival for setup and cleanup. We even need High School students to help (They can receive volunteer hours!).

There are many opportunities to help before, during and after the Carnival. We need help with setup and cleanup, running games and the dunk tank, checking people in and selling wristbands!
